Alex, with all due respect, the regular argument you make that β€œterrorism is not much of a threat” is getting old. I’ve made counter-terrorism my profession for over 15 years now and I’m only doubling down on it now. You’re basically telling me you understand my profession better than I do and that I should go focus on something else instead.

So since terrorism is not that big of a threat in your expert analysis, what are the real serious problems I should write on instead?

Hard for me to answer that question for you, but normal law enforcement would be a good way to help save some lives and do some good.

My point is that terrorism is a subject where you lack expertise. You should focus on other topics where you know more. You embarrass yourself here.

What do I get wrong on terrorism? What mistakes do I make?

Not educating yourself deeply enough and failing to recognize the limits of your own knowledge/expertise. Humble yourself and please show more respect to my professional field. I do so for you with yours. I know things about this subject which you do not and you have always failed to show me you recognize that.

Terrorism experts have done much good work, obviously. I read much of their work. But I'd like to know which mistakes I make, what you think I'm wrong about, etc.

I have told you previously how you are wrong many times and you probably don’t remember what I have said because you don’t respect me and you don’t respect my field.
