The idea of demanding ICE remove people convicted of violent or property-related offenses is ingenious. It might actually shift the conversation to where sanctuary cities are criticizing ICE for leaving them in the US.
Interesting article from what I read so far (stopped at Table 2). Shouldn't the first row and the first column be N/As or zero? If your region of birth is the USA, you wouldn't be an immigrant (zeros across the top row); and if you were a native born American, your region of birth shouldn't be Africa.
