For Asians yes… for whites it would be pretty close. The homicide rate for whites in America is about 2.5-3. This is slightly different than the conviction rate which would probably be about 80% of that due to plea deals etc. If we incorporate that it would be roughly the same
I didn't want to be rude in my comment....but the difference between whites and black is not even close, it's signicant. And Hispanics have a somewhat higher rate than whites. You are correct about Asians....very low rates.

Yep but as far as illegal immigrants go it does appear that appeals to crackdown on illegals for violent crime is largely based on a nothing burger.
