In addition, the question that should be asked is do I as a father of beautiful girls want to let one known murderer into the country to rape and kill my daughter? Just one, not thousands as we have not.

My vote is to keep violent criminals out.

If all parents were given this question, the data gathered on migrant crime in a macro sense does not matter. The vote would be to vet incoming migrants.

Migrants have to be vetted. Those in gangs, released from prisons, with gang tats and/or have a murder record, should not be let in - period.

You are totally wrong, as are most Magas. Most of you can't read. Why don't you cite your sources? Probably some chain email. Asylum can be requested at any time. "Who Is Eligible to Apply for Asylum?

You may apply for asylum if you are at a port of entry or in the United States. You may apply for asylum regardless of your immigration status and within 1 year of your arrival to the United States." And: "Can I Still Apply for Asylum Even if I Am in the United States Illegally?

Yes. You may apply for asylum with USCIS regardless of your immigration status if:

You are not currently in removal proceedings

You file an asylum application within 1 year of arriving to the United States or demonstrate that you are within an exception to that rule." https://www.uscis.gov/humanitarian/refugees-and-asylum/asylum/affirmative-asylum-frequently-asked-questions/questions-and-answers-affirmative-asylum-eligibility-and-applications#:~:text=You%20may%20apply%20for%20asylum,arrival%20to%20the%20United%20States.
