In addition, the question that should be asked is do I as a father of beautiful girls want to let one known murderer into the country to rape and kill my daughter? Just one, not thousands as we have not.

My vote is to keep violent criminals out.

If all parents were given this question, the data gathered on migrant crime in a macro sense does not matter. The vote would be to vet incoming migrants.

Migrants have to be vetted. Those in gangs, released from prisons, with gang tats and/or have a murder record, should not be let in - period.

They are vetted. Biometric data is collected from all migrants and compared to what is on file. Articles keep saying Ibarra, the killer of Riley, entered the US "illegally" which means he entered between ports of entry. There is no mention of whether he was just caught or voluntarily turned himself in claiming asylum. There is no claim anywhere that he had a criminal record at that time. He was caught for a couple of minor things like a moped violation while he was here, but no violent crimes. And maybe the biggest lie peddled by Republicans is that of "open borders," which is completely untrue. US immigration policies have been basically the same for many years and encounters at the border go up and down depending on how many people decide to come. Most people don't realize that US law and treaties obligates us to offer first a credible fear hearing then a formal asylum hearing to anyone who claims it. Trump had 4 years and did not attempt to change this. There is a shortage of immigration judges to make the final determination and that's why migrants are released pending their final hearing.

Asylum is to be requested before they enter illegally into the US, that's the law. Trump tried enforcing existing laws but the human traffickers who control Congress kept getting in his way. The establishment GOP & DNC depend on the trafficking of humans, drugs and guns.

Anyone who enters the US without a Visa is here illegally. They must be returned to the shithole they came from.

You're such a partisan hack, you think it's Republicans who are pushing for enforcement- it's not about Republicans. It's about all of us wanting the invasion to end.

Why are establishment GOP & DNC adamant about destroying the livelihood of underserved Whites and Minorities? Money, power, control.

You are totally wrong, as are most Magas. Most of you can't read. Why don't you cite your sources? Probably some chain email. Asylum can be requested at any time. "Who Is Eligible to Apply for Asylum?
